Things I like to do...

I always feel a bit daft doing these things, but I feel I should provide you with something of an idea of what I am like. Well, I have three great passions in my life: My Beloved, Reading and Music.

I love to read (as many of you probably realise!) and I generally read fantasy, and some sci-fi. My favourite authour in the whole world is Melanie Rawn, as you may have guessed as she has a whole section to herself on my links page. Some other authours off the top of my head (this may not be a complete list): Anne Rice, Guy Gavriel Kay, Terry Pratchett, Robert Rankin, Tom Holt, Tad Williams, Katharine Kerr, Neil Gaiman, this list goes on (as my lists are often wont to do!)

As for music, I am a listener, as opposed to a performer, I can't live without some music on, and I love a good gig, or night out at a club. I'm mainly into rock/alternative and many offshoots thereof. My favourite band is Terrorvison, but I love loads of other bands too. Lets see: Nine Inch Nails, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Counting Crows, Incubus, Green Day, The Offspring, Silverchair, Queen, Lit, The Smashing Pumpkins, Bad Religion, Foo Fighters, Reef, Placebo, (bored yet? No? OK...), China Drum (now The Drum), The Presidents of the USA, Everclear, Live, Coal Chamber, Deftones... Ok, I'll stop now. Do you get the picture?

As for my "other half", I shan't embarrass him here, I'll just tell you that he is the best person ever, and we've been together forever, and I wouldn't be me without him. Not much more to say than that really!
